Simon Zebo ruled out of Ireland's autumn internationals
Ireland winger Simon Zebo will miss the country's three November internationals after being ruled out for 10 weeks with a cracked bone in his foot.
Zebo, 23, has won six Ireland caps to date and played his part in the British & Irish Lions’ first series win for 16 years this summer in Australia.
In his six appearances, Zebo has scored two tries including a memorable effort in the Six Nations curtain-raiser against Wales earlier this year.
He has featured three times in league action for Munster this season as well as the Heineken Cup defeat to Edinburgh on Saturday but it was at Murrayfield where he picked up the injury.
A statement on the club website read: "A scan carried out…..has identified a crack in a bone in his left foot and Zebo will continue to wear the medical boot he was issued post-match for the next four weeks, and will be side-lined for approximately ten weeks."
