Chelsea kept hold of their lead over Man U with a 3-1 victory at Stamford Bridge. Jose Mourinho's side moveded up two points behind Arsenal after Samuel Eto'o's hat-trick. The first goal from Samuel Eto'o came after 17 minutes. The Red Devils had their chance thwarted by a great save by Petr Cech. Further disappointment for Man U came in the shape of Danny Welbeck when he missed a close header that went wide. One minute before the break had Eto'o score another goal, and a third moments later.
